Frequently asked questions

All information regarding cookie pickups for holidays and custom orders will be sent via email the week before pickup. Please be sure to check your spam/promotions folders as they may get filtered there by mistake.

For custom orders, visit the Order Form tab on my website to fill out a custom order form. **filling out the form does not guarantee your order as orders are based on availability** When available, holiday cookies can be purchased through the Shop tab on my website.

Full Size Sugar Cookies (3.5-4 inches): Custom cookies start at $65 per dozen and increase in price depending on the amount of detail, number of colors, metallics, etc. There is a 2 dozen minimum order for custom cookies (does not apply to holiday cookies). Mini Sugar Cookies (2-2.5 inches): Mini cookies start at $36 per dozen with a 3 dozen minimum order. Mini cookies can be added by the dozen to any full size cookie order. Payment is due in full once price quote has been accepted. **Please be aware your order is not confirmed until full payment has been made**

I am unable to offer a refund for orders cancelled less than 2 weeks before your pick up date. If your order is cancelled more than 2 weeks before your pick up date, you may apply any payments made to a future order. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, including holiday cookies.

I am located in Peoria, AZ and cookies are pickup only. I am unable to ship cookies under the Maricopa County Cottage Food Laws.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide allery free cookies at this time.
